Seeking the Lord

Married life is awesome. The Lord is really showing us a new part of him that we would have never known or understood if it wasn't for this wonderful ordination. Josh and I are still learning so much about each other. This is the beauty of it all. No day is ever the same. We have started setting goals and petitioning things to the lord on behalf of our new lives as one. Its amazing. The next steps will be wonderful. The Lord has been laying some things on our hearts that we know when birthed will be awesome. We went to Columbus this past weekend to visit my family their. D'Andre went to his first homecoming and we wanted to be apart of that. It was cool hearing all the kids call Josh "Uncle" Josh. HA!!! Thats so cute!!!! I love Joshy so much...Sometimes I just sit back and look around...and know that I am blessed beyond measure. Praise Jesus!!

Just another day in paradise

Things have been really good around the Lovins house. We put up new curtains and are trying to do some fall cleaning to get ready for the winter. I have not had to work this week, so I've been trying to get some stuff checked off my list. The church put in for a new grant, we really are praying we get approved. So join in the prayer fun if you remember:). I have started scrap booking. I'm really excited about it. The pictures came out great from just regular cameras. I can't wait to see the ones from Johnny and Darlene. We really miss our families...so very much. Today is jessicas birthday. We love you Jes! Happy Birthday!!!

Back to the basics

Its been a great few first days of being married. We have seen our relationship grow leaps in bounds just in that short of time. Being married is definitly different, but yet exciting. We can tell our lives are different, even when we pray together. Everything seems to be unified. I know I just love it! Josh is going back to work tomorrow, and I still have one more day off. I'm thinking about using it to clean up some things and sort "winterize". We have even began talking about what to do for the holidays. The up coming season will be very special to us...this will be our first experiences to stuff as a married couple. We are over joyous. Today we tried to make it fun before we went back to the basics of life, so we went to target and got some stuff and Dave and Busters. We have had so much fun spending time together. Our first day married

Today is our first day married. We are really excited. It has been a very relaxing day. We has such a wonderful wedding. It was more than we could ever ask for. Our families really came through and blessed us. And most of all, God truly showed himself once again...Marvelous. He is a great God and we are so proud to be his children. We were blessed all around with the wedding. From the family, photography, pastors, friends, everything you could think of. We have like the biggest Thank You list ever! Oh was it so good to see all of our family together. The Janes' came from Illinois, and the Smiths came from Indiana, the Clarkes came from Cleveland and Columbus, The Merritts' came from New York, Elyria, Lorain, and Our Church Family came from Elyria as well. Alma's friends from high school really made her day by showing their love for her. Also, her House of Praise family truly made her feel special. Josh had such an awesome time seeing his family. It meant more to him that most people think. We are so excited for our lives as a married couple. The Lord has so much in store for us. If you are reading this...and you are apart of our life in someway shape or form, THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU FOR BEING SUCH A BLESSING TO US. We will write again soon!! Blessings
